Transformational Journaling

I love keeping a journal. Writing my thoughts and inspirations makes things clearer for me, and it helps me to flesh out what I want to create and also learn from the past and remember the lessons I have been given. Journaling helps me vision my day as well as capture the things I am learning in my own education, whether it’s journaling about academic things or spiritual things I learn.  Transformational journaling is a scholar skill I want my kids to learn so that they can be changed for the better by the books they read and by examining their experiences.

In this video, I share some of the ways I use a journal to create my life, deepen my learning, and connect with inspiration. (here’s a link to the other article I mention in the video: https://empoweringmothers.wordpress.com/2011/10/24/the-power-of-words/)
